Wellness Works: The Fundamentals of Leading a Vibrant, Productive and Healthy Life

This program is designed for anyone who wants to optimize their health by learning how to change eating habits, improve exercise routines, and adopt a healthier lifestyle to meet wellness goals. The program is customizable and consists of a series of virtual classes that can be offered bi-monthly, monthly, or quarterly to address a variety of wellness goals focusing on healthy nutrition, metabolic issues, diabetes, and cardiovascular health, physical fitness, stress management, and over-all healthy lifestyle achievement. The goal is to assist employees in setting realistic health goals while creating the right attitude to make sustainable changes throughout their lifespan. The program incorporates insights from nutritionists, dietitians, exercise fitness specialists, behavioral therapists, psychologists, and other health professionals. Throughout the program participants will gain the following:

Through the program, participants will share ways to grow and support each other’s health and own well-being.
