"Self Care During COVID-19"

The uncertainty about COVID19 has led to increased levels of anxiety, restlessness, irritability, and feelings of isolation for employees who have had to adapt to ever changing situations including learning to work from home, balancing work and family life and lack of social support. As business reopen, new concerns need to be dealt with causing even more anxiety about the uncertainty of what life back in the office will be like.


To remedy that, CHI is now offering ZOOM enabled COVID SELF CARE WEBINAR SERIES with the goal of providing information to help employees stay informed, reduce anxiety, while staying healthy, physically active, emotionally connected while still working from home OR at the office. More than 30 topics are available providing skills and information to manage anxiety, cope with stress, boost immunity, improve sleep, and remain physically active and healthy.


In addition, we understand that as the weeks progress, cabin fever and feelings of isolation are running high, so we’ve created “Social Mixers” with fun activities designed to bring employees together to unwind, share some laughs and stay connected.
