The demands of work and home life can sometime feel overwhelming due to increased demands and responsibilities. This can lead to anxiety, restlessness, irritability, and feelings of isolation for employees who have had to adapt to ever changing situations including learning to work from home, balancing work and family life and lack of social support. As many businesses
have reopened, new concerns need to be dealt with causing even more anxiety about the uncertainty of what life back in the office will be like.
To remedy that, CHI is now offering ZOOM enabled SELF CARE WEBINAR SERIES with the goal of providing information to help employees stay informed, reduce anxiety, while staying healthy, physically active, emotionally connected whether working from home OR at the office. More than 30 topics are available providing skills and information to manage anxiety, cope with stress, boost immunity, improve sleep, and remain physically active and healthy.
